Here at B-WI, we know the importance of quality. From our products, and services that we provide, to the relationships with our customers and partners, we hold ourselves to a higher standard.

In 2002, B-WI earned the International Organization for Standardizations certification (ISO 9001:2000) and was re-certified (ISO 9001:2008) in 2014 demonstrating our dedication to continuous improvement and superior performance in all aspects of our business.

Using customer feedback, quarterly internal audits and regular management reviews, we are constantly monitoring our quality and looking for ways to maintain our commitment. We have a defined list of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and quality targets that are continually measured and analyzed to ensure ongoing improvement of our operations and services.
