Here at B-WI, we know the importance of quality. From our products, and services that we provide, to the relationships with our clients and partners, we hold ourselves to a higher standard.

In the year 2002, B-WI earned the International Organization for Standardizations certification - ISO 9001:2000.  B-WI was re-certified ISO 9001:2015 this year in 2017, demonstrating our dedication to continuous improvement and superior performance in all aspects of our business.

Using client feedback, quarterly internal audits, organization level risk assessment and regular management reviews, we are constantly monitoring our quality and looking for ways to maintain our commitment. We have a defined list of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and quality targets that are continually measured and analyzed to ensure ongoing improvement of our operations and services.
